DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST Costa Vida is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and retain customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and optimize digital campaigns across various channels.
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing email/text campaigns as requested for local stores and the brand, for digital marketing support including SEO and paid advertising, and for coordinating with the marketing team to produce any additional marketing support. The ideal candidate will create customer-focused programs aimed at engaging, nurturing, and upgrading our existing customer base. This individual will analyze results, offer strategic recommendations and solutions for program improvement, and integrate key systems and data seamlessly.
The essential responsibilities of the position are listed below:
Job Duties - Maximize the performance and sales of the company by:
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales.
- Work with the support of the CRM team to create and manage campaign plan for email and text communication, including email and SMS journeys.
- Set up and execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, and push notification) as requested by local stores and on a brand level.
- Support the ideation, creation, and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns brought forward by the marketing team.
- Able to gather and organize customer feedback about the brand and can identify the Costa Vida current customers as well as potential customers.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, similar preferred or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years experience in marketing or marketing support positions.
- Experience with developing and executing digital marketing campaigns. CRM management a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Can communicate and collaborate effectively with customers and employees.
- Organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- High sense of urgency; self-motivator.
- A desire to do the job well, even if that means occasionally working beyond business hours.
