Education & Experience Our next CEO will be deeply committed to the communities we serve and the strategic growth goals of the credit union. You are likely to find fulfillment in this role if you bring: Visionary understanding of consumer behavior, with clarity on our target market, their needs, and the products, services, and delivery channels that will position us as their trusted financial advisor. You will see technology as a critical platform for serving our members, with knowledge of how to align a team for the enterprise-wide change management needed to implement systems, tools, and processes that position us for the future. Creative ideas and experience growing a business exponentially, using organic member growth strategies that attract new members and deepen existing relationships through market expansion and market segmentation strategies, as well as developing key strategic partnerships with community organizations who serve similar members in our communities or merger partners who may help expand our market area. Track record of profitable business operations, including a history of leadership in an organization that has grown capital, expanded profitable lending operations (including with commercial and consumer lines), and maintained above-average ROA. Requirements As the CEO, you will serve as a motivating and influential leader who inspires top performance from your diverse team, developing individuals to their full potential, and holding them accountable for successful business performance, fueled by alignment around purpose.
