Job Title: System Administrator (eClinical Works)
Location: Remote (EST/CST Hours)
Work Authorization: USC/GC Holder
Job Type : 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Eligible States: FL, GA, AL, NC, SC, VA, NJ, TN, KY, LA, PA, OH, MD, MA, ME, TX, NH (Candidate must live out of one of these states)

Employment Eligibility:  Gravity cannot transfer nor sponsor a work visa for this position. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer directly (we are not open to contract or “corp to corp” agreements).
Role Overview:
The EHR System Administrator – eCW will serve as a subject matter expert for the eClinicalWorks environment. This role is essential to maintaining a healthy eCW environment and supporting the organization's growth. The current analysts lack the necessary eCW knowledge, configuration, and support experience. The new System Administrator will bridge this gap, especially with the recent transition to version 12.01 of eCW in the cloud.
Responsibilities:

• 50% - Managing the help desk queue and serving as the main point of contact for all eCW service requests and support.
  • These responsibilities include - creating accounts, deactivating accounts in offboarding, as well as responding to tickets in Jira for workflow-related questions, click errors, and other eCW functions.
  • The Administrator in this role will be responsible for supporting tickets end-to-end. If needed, this will require interacting with the business to understand the requirements, interfacing with vendors, as well as with the end-users in the provider setting.
• 50% - systems configurations
  • The individual in this role will be supporting the configurations for 3 different eCW environment and will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring correct systems configurations for -
    • Messenger campaigns, patient type configurations, etc.
    • Engaging with IT infrastructure and security team as needed.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years’ experience in eCW
  • Must know how to navigate eCW, understand workflows, etc.
  • Must have working knowledge of v12.01 browser edition.
• 3+ years’ experience in a healthcare provider setting – understand healthcare organizational structures and hold experience engaging with providers – physicians, front office, medical assistants, etc.
• 3+ years’ Systems Administrator experience with managing tickets and configuring systems.
• Must be able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Must have experience interfacing cross-functionally with various teams to drive results – business, technical, and clinical teams.
