Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Modifying current recruiting procedures or developing new procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and priorities.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier technical talents.
• Utilise various sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Build a strong pipeline and talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Evaluate candidates' resumes and portfolios to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Regularly attend conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships.
• Reviewing and selecting suitable job advertising options.
• Conducting interviews with job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates.
• Fill vacancies for both tech and non-tech roles with the shortest time possible.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• You may also handle other HR duties such as talent acquisition, onboarding, training, etc.
• Any other duties assigned by your line manager or the organisation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business management, employment relations, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
• Solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools for technical positions.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sound organizational and decision-making skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
