Our client is an established educational organisation based in China and they are looking for qualified and experienced Early Years ESL teachers to join them in the next academic year!

Our client is a private bilingual school that follows a blended bilingual programme with English first language teachers and Chinese bilingual teachers from Pre-K to Junior High School. The school campus is located about 45 mins from Shenzhen city centre (by subway) and Hong Kong Island is just 2 hours from the door. 

The teacher will be teaching Early Years children following a dynamic play-based programme and working with a team of experienced Early Years teachers from around the world. 

Requirements to apply:

- Bachelor degree or above in a relevant subject 

- A valid teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, teaching license, certification OR equivalent 

- Have a min of two years of teaching experience, post qualification 

- Experience in the PYP, EYFS and Reggio Emilia is highly desirable 

- Native English speaker 

- A positive, caring, collaborative team-player with a passion for early childhood education is required

The quality of life in the urban districts of Shenzhen is very high. There are a lot of parks, public transportation is fast and efficient, and more recently, rental bike companies such as Ofo and Mobike have covered the streets with incredibly cheap (1 yuan per half hour, or around US$0.16) bicycles that can get you across the very few areas in which public transport is not as convenient.

The city has a lot of public parks and squares where you can go at more or less any time of day and see some kind of activities going on.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)

Must be a native speaker of English

Prefer candidates with international experience

Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted

Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted

Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary   CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25% Tax is applied
