We’re seeking experienced, motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our team as Comfort Advisors. If you have a background in in-home sales and a passion for helping homeowners upgrade their comfort, this is a high-earning opportunity with everything you need to succeed—leads, tools, training, and no overhead.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

As a Comfort Advisor , you’ll meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to:

• Present heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions

• Recommend system upgrades or full replacements

• Close sales in a one-call environment

• Earn commission on every sale—with next-day installation available

This is a no cold-calling, no canvassing role. Our service experts provide you with qualified leads daily.

Qualifications:

• Experience in in-home residential sales (HVAC, roofing, windows, pest control, solar, security, etc.)

• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to close

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

• Ability to navigate attics and crawl spaces as part of the in-home evaluation

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Must pass background check and drug screen
