Settlor is a new software startup based in an up-and-coming area of Denver. Our mission is to streamline and transform real estate transactions, enhancing the experience for title agents, real estate professionals, lenders and home buyers/sellers. We are doing this by reimagining the entirety of digital real estate and building products that empower and delight users. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing company in an evolving industry. We are seeking an Applications Developer with 1+ years of experience in coding and implementing web applications. This is a hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado. Typical office hours are 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM; Monday and Thursday at home, Tuesday and Friday in the office, with Wednesday as scheduled weekly/monthly. What You Will Do: Your day-to-day work will focus on ideating, building, designing, creating and maintaining real estate-related web applications. We are a small but mighty startup so this is an ideal opportunity to become an important part of a rapidly growing team. This is also a unique opportunity to work with the engineers who built the framework, design patterns and back end of our software. Our team demonstrates and values technical thought leadership. You will: Work with an experienced team on web applications impacting the full spectrum of the real estate industry. Be skilled at technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques, and the ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical problems. Be passionate about building an intuitive and cutting-edge web experience. Have a deep appreciation for an environment that is technologically rich. Value working with others to achieve goals that make a difference to our clients and our communities. Assume ownership of your work and take pride in producing high-quality deliverables. Skills Required: 1+ years of experience ideating, building, designing, creating and maintaining apps Knowledge of Vue, or equivalent javascript framework. Knowledge of Python, FastAPI, Django, Flask or equivalent framework. The ability to learn real estate and title insurance terminology A related bachelor's degree or commensurate experience is required. Strong analytical skills. Problem-solving attitude. Good communication skills. A proclivity for organization and attention to detail Sociable, self starter and cooperative Compensation : This compensation for this role is anticipated to be between $65,000.00 and $75,000.00 annually. As is allowable by law, this position is Exempt and therefore ineligible for overtime compensation.
