Salary: Production Pay

PFP Logisticsis looking for a Warehouse LEAD in Douglas, GA !

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday - Friday
• Production Pay/Hourly
• PAID WEEKLY*

Lead will:

• Distribute tasks and oversee shift workload
• work with team members to unload containers
  
• Prioritize and promote safety
• Document work completed during the shift
• Develop and maintain a healthy, motivated workplace culture
  
• Provide high-quality customer service on a daily basis

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a cold storage facility*
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs on a consistent basis
• Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry objects
• Must be willing to work
• Must have reliable transportation and means of contact
• Work is very fast paced and physically demanding.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate uses his/her hands to finger, handle or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; bend, stretch, twist, stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision and distance vision.
