Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent! In this role, you will support our clients by enhancing data quality and ensuring accuracy. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining high standards in our quality control processes.

What You Will Do:
Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as needed.
Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Verify information from third-party entities using online databases to ensure accuracy.
Review and complete enrichment tasks as defined and trained by the client.
Perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, while following up with various state boards for status updates.
Execute tasks in a timely and high-quality manner.
Take on additional duties and tasks as required.
Pay Rate:
$16 USD per hour

Qualifications:
Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes.
Experience in outbound/inbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability for 40 hours per week, starting immediately.
Adaptability and flexibility to navigate process and information changes.
Ability to work independently or as an engaged team member.
Capability to support a work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection.
Computer-savvy candidates are preferred.
