The Urgent Care Nursing Supervisor will be overseeing all aspects of the day to day operations of the outpatient urgent care clinics for this ambulatory care health system. This multi award winning organization has over one hundred clinics specializing in primary care, orthopedics, cardiology, oncology care, urgent care, imaging services and many more. The Urgent Care Nursing Supervisor will report to a tenured Senior Director of Outpatient Clinics and work in collaboration with experienced supervisors and oversee a team of talented RN’s, CNA’s and LPN’s.
Developing policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations and survey readiness will be a few of the responsibilities for the Clinical Nurse Supervisor.
