Indotronix is seeking a UI/UX Designer Fully remote Position Position Title: UI/UX Designer Position Location: Fully remote Duration: Contract to hire Roles and Responsibilities: 1. UI/UX Strategy Development: o Define a scalable UI/UX library and design framework. o Establish design standards for both internal Pega UIs and external client-facing UIs. 2. Pega Expertise: o Collaborate with business teams to structure internal Pega screens effectively. 3. Angular Integration: o Design the external presentation layer in Angular while ensuring seamless integration with Pega. 4. Collaboration with Agile Teams: o Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver cohesive experiences. o Provide training or design guidance to align teams with the established framework. 5. Data Organization & User-Centric Design: o Simplify complex workflows and data presentations for an optimal user experience. o Conduct user research to inform both internal and external design decisions. Must Have Technical Skills: o Strong experience with Pega UI design, particularly Constellation. o Proficiency in Angular and front-end design principles. o Expertise in creating UI libraries and design systems. o Proven experience in data organization and visualization for enterprise applications. o Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and iterative design. Flex Skills/Nice to Have: Deep knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility standards. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to work with non-technical business teams, effective communication both written and verbal Education: Preferred bachelor's degree or relevant work experience - UX/UI certifications welcomed Years of experience: Level 2 3-5 years Role Differentiator: Truly innovative work, potential opportunity for growth Interview Process: 2 step ITV
