You'll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments, and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Responsibilities •Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
•Prepare and manage all listing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
•Maintain organized digital and physical files for all transactions and listings
•Ensure all transaction files are compliant with brokerage and regulatory requirements
•Coordinate staging, photography, and marketing materials for listings
•Assist in managing team calendars and scheduling appointments
•Coordinate and schedule inspections, appraisals, and closings
•Input and maintain listings on MLS and other platforms
•Act as a liaison between clients, agents, lenders, inspectors, and title companies
•Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
•Make sure the buyer's offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process
•Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner
•Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
•Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs
Qualifications •Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Transaction & Listing Coordinator or similar role in real estate
•Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, regulations, and processes
•Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
•Proficiency in real estate software and MLS systems
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
•Real estate license preferred but not required
•Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
•Passionate about providing excellent customer service
•Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
•Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license
•High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
