Absolute Staffing is searching for a Training Manager to work with our client.

Location: Remote with the possibility of travel. The Training Manager will need to be available to be onsite at the request of the agency. Training includes online self-paced training, in-person classroom setting, written material, user manuals, and demonstrations.

Work Hours: M-F, 8:30 - 5:00 p.m. (Eastern)

Pay rate: $35/hr DOE (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs for healthcare or similar systems.
  • Supervising the staff's performance and improvement.
  • Facilitating knowledge assessment and developmental training.
  • Sharing strategic plans and techniques.
  • Creating effective training manuals.
  • Monitoring training expenses.
  • Evaluating areas of improvement.
  • Authority to make decisions related to training with the program.
  • Responsible for staffing and operational decisions, subject to Agency approval.
  • Apply innovative methods for training delivery.
  • Ensure users are familiar with the new system and its features.
  • Provide ongoing support for training-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to address training-related issues causing delays.
  • Regularly report training progress to the Operations Director.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
  • Thorough understanding of training processes.
  • Ability to moderate large groups.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education/Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Communications or related area required.
  • At least two years of experience in training with one year of supervisory experience required.
