As a Partner at FinTax Partners LLC, you will play a key role in driving the firm's growth and profitability. This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial, client-oriented tax professional with leadership experience and a desire to influence both client strategy and firm direction. The Partner will oversee client services, lead business development initiatives, and manage operational efficiencies while collaborating closely with outsourced teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of personal and business clients, delivering expert tax advisory and compliance services.
• Operational Oversight: Manage outsourced return preparation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Business Development: Drive new business growth by building client relationships, exploring service expansion opportunities, and identifying potential revenue streams.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate on strategies for firm growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction, with the potential for ownership stakes.

Qualifications:

• CPA, EA, or equivalent credential with at least 7 years of relevant tax experience, preferably across both personal and business domains.
• Demonstrated experience in client management and business development within a tax-focused practice.
• Strong tax technical knowledge with a proactive approach to staying updated on tax regulations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic decision-making abilities and a passion for growth.
• Exceptional communication skills and a client-focused approach.
