We are seeking a Sr. HRIS Support to join our team located in Sugar Land, Texas. This role is vital for managing our workday application support operations and dealing with various technologies such as Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, Dell, and Firewall. This is a permanent position where your expertise in Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Customer Service will be highly appreciated and utilized.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Maintain precise records of customer credit
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary
• Manage and provide support for our workday application
• Operate and troubleshoot Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, Dell, and Firewall technologies
• Maintain and manage Active Directory
• Employ backup technologies to secure data
• Handle computer hardware related issues and tasks
• Execute configuration management effectively.

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required for this role.

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is essential.

• Profound knowledge of Cloud Technologies is expected.

• Experience with Dell Technologies is a key requirement.

• Advanced understanding of Firewall Technologies is needed.

• Extensive experience with Active Directory is necessary.

• Proficiency in Backup Technologies is a must.

• Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware is required.

• Prior experience in Configuration Management is crucial.

• Exceptional Customer Service skills are required.

• Familiarity with Workday is necessary for this role.
