Bolt Farm Treehouse is seeking a systems-minded, people-expert Spa Director to lead the inception and operation of our newest venture, our spa & wellness center. • Proven experience as a Spa Director or similar leadership role in a luxury spa setting.
• A passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating transformative experiences.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of financial management and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Familiarity with smart technology and how it can enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for luxury service.
