Job Title: Social Media Marketer (Mid-Level/Entry-Level) Location: Kenner, LA

You will play a key role in elevating our brand’s online presence by creating engaging and visually appealing content across multiple social media platforms. Key Responsibilities - Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging posts across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Graphic Design: Use design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar software to create eye-catching graphics, infographics, and social media assets.
- Video Production: Assist in creating video content, including short-form videos, reels, and stories, using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile apps.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and engage with the community on various platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (likes, shares, engagement, etc.) and report on social media KPIs. Suggest improvements based on insights.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, and tools to ensure the brand remains current and innovative in its content strategies.
Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or related roles.
- Strong skills in graphic design using Canva, Photoshop, or other similar design software.
- Familiarity with video creation and editing tools (Adobe Premiere, iMovie, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Ability to create engaging, clear, and on-brand content.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A creative mindset with an understanding of branding and audience engagement.
Bonus Skills (not Required, But a Plus)- Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
