Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Coppell, TX
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr.
1st Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm or 9am - 5:30pm

Monday to Friday (possible Saturday as OT)

***Weekly Pay on Fridays!!!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor production and safety of personnel in department with strict adherence to all safety and security procedures
• Create shipping labels inbound receipts for UPS & FedEx
• Assist in stock control and reconciliation with WMS
• Scan product into WMS for inventory purposes.
• Ensure accurate inspection of logs and BOLs
• Ensure completion of required information in the WMS for inventory purposes.
• Ensure paperwork has been filed with Management for inbound orders each day
• Attend periodic meetings with Management/Supervisors as needed.
• Complete required, runs reports and print documents required for receiving.
• Familiar with RF Scanner Gun.

Skills and Specifications Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent1 year experience working in Ship/Receiving Clerk role1 year of material handling experience; 1 year in a Logistics environment
• Experience using (WMS) warehouse management systems
• Prior experience using RF scanner
• Excellent attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed

Physical Requirements, with or without accommodation:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time up to 10 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment including but not limited to pallet jack, motorized pallet jack, and dolly.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Follow all safety and security procedures
