Job Summary:

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Impiricus, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare communication through innovative digital solutions. You will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences that serve both healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical manufacturers, while maintaining the highest standards of design excellence. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on design execution, requiring you to balance user needs with business objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end design process for key products and features, from concept to implementation
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and craft solutions
  • Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all products
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes and documentation for development teams
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the design team's growth
  • Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
  • Support marketing initiatives with high-quality design assets and presentations
Experience:
  • 5+ years of product design experience in technology companies
  • Visionary design skills that produce breathtaking results
  • Experience delivering industry-leading products in partnership with agile and fast-moving teams
  • Excellent and thoughtful design of UIs including web apps and mobile apps
  • Ability to create sales and marketing collateral such as PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to contribute at the product level and proactively bring business-context-driven ideas to the team within your design process
  • Willing to contribute across the entire org including in the creation of marketing collateral, case studies, client deliverables, etc.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
