Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking a
Senior Recruiter to join our team. The
Senior Recruiter at Frazer reports to the
Human Resources Director , and is responsible for providing exceptional sourcing, recruitment, and selection experience for all candidates and hiring managers. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process by proactively and creatively sourcing and attracting qualified candidates using both traditional and innovative recruiting tactics to ensure all vacant roles are being filled. This position will create job advertisements, review resumes, screen candidates, and move qualified candidates through the entire recruitment process determining company fit, as well as create a sustainable pipeline of quality candidates to align with the business needs.
What Does a Week in the Life of the Senior Recruiter Look Like? - Proactively and independently manages Frazer's applicant tracking system to move qualified candidates through hiring stages in a timely and accurate manner. Reviews applications, resumes and surveys to identify top talent.
- Becomes a company expert on Culture Index and manages the C-Job process for identifying the ideal profile for each role. Learn the intricacies of different profiles, the C-Job process, Org-charts, and Culture Index website navigation.
- Coordinates and schedules qualified candidates for in-person skills testing, completes pre-screen interviews, and recommendations on moving forward in the hiring process.
- Coordinates and conducts phone screens for qualified candidates, providing timely and informed recommendations to hiring managers on next steps.
- Manages the scheduling of interviews for advancing candidates and actively participates in the interviewing process for positions.
- Creatively markets vacancies and sources passive candidates from LinkedIn and other social media outlets, using traditional and non-traditional resources to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool.
- Schedules and attends career/job fairs with local colleges and employment agencies/organizations to promote Frazer and positions needed.
- Maintains, monitors, and consistently refreshes job requisitions for open positions in both internal and external recruiting sites to keep job postings updated and new.
- Collaborates with HR team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs, and meets competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Builds and establishes strong business relationships with various staffing agencies and provides updates on candidate's status.
- Maintains database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and former employees.
- Maintains and manages recruiting reports and spreadsheets inputting data from recruiting sources.
Secondary Duties: - Participates in various HR events and projects as needed.
- Attends and participates in HR and company meetings.
- Participates in new hire orientation as needed.
- Builds and establishes relationships with local high schools, colleges and technical/trade schools.
- Completes pre-employment reference checks for candidates who have accepted job offers.
- Supports front desk duties as needed.
- Supports recruiting metrics as determined to align with business needs.
Required Education and Experience: - High school diploma required. College courses in related fields is a plus.
- 3-5+ years' proven experience in full cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR roles.
- Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems, preferably with UKG.
- Ability to write professional correspondence to employees, management, candidates and vendors.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
- Computer and technology savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly.
Preferred Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of UKG.
- Working knowledge of Google suite.
- Working knowledge of Culture Index surveys.
- Well-versed in social media platforms and scheduling social media posts, LinkedIn Recruiter a plus.

Oh, and $alary Of course, we didn't forget salary... Frazer offers competitive pay and this role will start with a salary between
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually depending on education, certifications, and experience.
Work Schedule The
Senior Recruiter will work
Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM . Late afternoon/evening/weekend hours may be required as needed. Work schedules may change to accommodate production needs.
