Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr Manager, Marketing Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement, data analysis, and marketing technology. This role is crucial to optimizing our marketing operations, driving efficiency, and supporting the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Marketing Processes: Develop, implement, and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all marketing functions.
  • Manage Marketing Technology: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technologies, ensuring seamless integration and maximum utilization.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Ensure data integrity across marketing systems, analyze marketing data to provide insights, and support decision-making.
  • Campaign Execution Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to support the execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and goals.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports, providing regular updates on key metrics and campaign performance.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage the marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Lead Nurturing and Scoring : Develop and optimize lead nurturing and scoring programs to enhance lead quality and improve conversion rates.
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for marketing processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, analytics and customer success teams to ensure marketing alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data analysis tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
