MK Therapy Services, LLC is a small business in Plymouth Meeting, PA. MKTS has been servicing school districts for over 11 years. Our goal is to provide quality. professional, and effective therapy services to the school district.

We are looking for an occupational therapist, with school-based experience, to support up to 24 hours at the secondary level (Middle School) and to perform evaluations in the secondary and elementary levels in the Hatboro Horsham School District for the 2024-2025 school year. The population will include autistic support, learning support and life skills. The ideal candidate must have 1-3 years of experience working in schools and creating and implementing sensory, fine motor, and self care programs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to student care, and the ability to work with families and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

· Evaluate and provide direct and indirect services to the students of this classroom in both the secondary and elementary levels

· Consult and collaborate with teachers and other specialists regarding appropriate motor activities, self-help skills, sensory needs, adaptations, and special equipment or assistive devices, as necessary

· Train special and general education staff, parent and other team members on specific interventions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
