Job Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for managing, customizing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure the successful deployment and adoption of Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Salesforce to support business processes and achieve project objectives.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other technologies as needed.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using web services and integration technologies.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions following best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain Salesforce configuration, code base, and documentation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I and II) preferred.
• Proven experience developing and customizing Salesforce applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
