BronxWorks helps individuals and families improve their economic and social well-being. From toddlers to seniors, we feed, shelter, teach, and support our neighbors to build a stronger community. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform Salesforce configuration tasks including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts. Manage Salesforce user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings. Maintain and improve system performance, ensuring data integrity and security. Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades. Conduct regular reviews of system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new Salesforce applications and tools. Other duties as assigned. Limited evening or weekend hours may be required.
