We invite you to apply to join our leadership team at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago team as a   Assistant Room Service Manager!

The Assistant Room Service Manager ­­­­­­­is an essential member of Food & Beverage leadership team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees.

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position. The Assistant Room Service Manager will plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Room Service Department while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting. 
• Applicants are required to have one to two years previous employment in a related position. 
• A college degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, or similar environment
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.
• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
