Position Overview:

The client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Wildfire Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a litigation team member, you will represent clients in complex, high-stakes wildfire-related cases. This position is ideal for an attorney with a passion for environmental justice and a strong desire to advocate for individuals and communities impacted by wildfires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead complex litigation related to wildfire claims, including negligence, property damage, personal injury, and class action suits.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation investigation, case preparation, discovery, and motion practice to trial preparation and post-trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses, investigators, and other professionals to build strong cases for clients.
• Stay informed on changes in wildfire-related laws and regulations, including environmental regulations, fire safety standards, and insurance law.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and their families whom wildfires have impacted.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 1+ year of experience in litigation, with a focus on environmental, personal injury, or property damage law.
