FSTONE Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a WFH Full Time Data Entry Clerk - Typing - Part Time Entry Level. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and managing large volumes of data into our system accurately and efficiently. This is a remote, work-from-home position,

Responsibilities:

• Composes, types, and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other material.
• Input data into computerized databases and systems.
• Perform data collection and verification tasks.
• Identifies and implements continual improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the position, team, and company.
• Maintain accurate records of information.
• Assist with basic clerical and administrative duties.
• Develops, utilizes, and maintains office forms and procedures, and assists with administrative tasks.
• Ensure data entry tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and zero to two (0-2) years work experience.
• Must be proficient using Windows based software.
• Basic math skills for numerical data entry
• Proficiency in data entry and office software applications
• Must accurately type 40+ wpm and 6,000 keystrokes per hour.
• Ability to handle clerical tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with databases and computerized systems
