As a Remote Personal Assistant - Entry Level at EcoWay Voyagers, you'll provide comprehensive support to our executive team and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations and excellent service delivery. Working remotely, you'll play a crucial role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and facilitating travel arrangements, all while promoting sustainability and eco-friendly practices. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Calendar Management: Organizing and maintaining schedules for executives, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing travel itineraries.
  2. Communication: Handling email correspondence, drafting responses, and managing communication channels to ensure timely and effective interactions with clients, partners, and team members.
  3. Travel Coordination: Assisting with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, while prioritizing eco-friendly options and sustainability criteria.
  4. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and organized records of meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks using our internal systems and software.
