We are looking for a Procurement Quality Assurance Analyst to support the implementation phase of our client's project. This position will be full-time and hybrid .
What You'll Do
Data entry, data validation and application testing. The data entered will be professional services, consultant information, qualification information and audit information going back three years
The client application contains protected information per federal law. The selected candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality of the information entered into the application and will be expected to sign a confidentiality agreement
Enter data into the new client application
Validate data entered into the new client application
Assist with testing the new client application as needed
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or similar. Or equivalent work experience
Communication: Have the ability to clearly convey information, in both written and verbal formats, to individuals or groups in a wide variety of settings. Must have the ability to effectively listen and process information provided by others
Customer Service: Works well with clients and customers. Able to assess the needs of the customer, provide information or assistance to satisfy expectations or resolve a problem

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
