*Requirements and Duties:*
* Valid NM pharmacist license
* Passion for community pharmacy and patient care
* Leadership skills and a proactive attitude
* Manage and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow
* Oversee medication dispensing and compounding processes
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate medication orders
* Provide clinical expertise in areas such as patient counseling, compounding, and immunizations
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
* Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
