Job Description-
Provides oversight and direction to ensure hospital-wide systematic, coordinated and continuous approach to the maintenance and improvement of patient safety. Provides effective day-to-day operation of the hospital-wide patient safety activities which include the following responsibilities: monitoring & evaluation of the safety culture; organize safety events; lead and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process; conducts RCA Team training; assist with organizing the Quality & Patient Safety Committee; ensure full compliance with all safety related regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements-
Bachelors Degree in Health Care Administration or related field required; Masters Degree in Health Care Administration or related field preferred. 3 years in health care setting specific to patient safety related work preferred. Must be able to lead teams.
Hours-
Monday-Friday regular business hours (8:30a-5p)
