Job Description

$16.50/ hour

This is an hourly, part time position with our Recruiting team working together to onboard over 5,000 associates annually. 

Ensure divisional operating staffing needs are met by completing the applicant onboarding process, conducting phone calls, and providing job offers.

• Answer telephone and guide incoming calls accordingly.
• Complete documentation of the phone interview/call and steps to start the pipeline of an applicant in our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS).
• Respond to voicemails and emails to maintain efficient communication with candidates and associates.
• Assist in the planning and execution of all recruiting events, both on and off-site.
