Position Highlights • Full-Time Role: Work in a supportive and collegial environment. • Competitive Compensation: • Year 1: $350,000 base salary + 33% of net collections exceeding $1 million. • Year 2 and Beyond: 33% of net collections. • Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Helping you transition seamlessly. • Ownership/Equity Opportunity: Available after one year of service. Responsibilities: • Integrate smoothly into the local community while bringing advanced surgical skills to our esteemed team in Charlotte, North Carolina. • Display outstanding communication abilities, genuine enthusiasm for patient care, and a strong dedication to continuous learning to enhance service excellence. • Fulfill essential criteria, which include holding a DDS or DMD degree, completing an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certification from ADA-accredited programs, and maintaining a valid dentistry license in North Carolina. Qualifications: • To be eligible for the position in Charlotte, NC, US, candidates must hold either a DDS or DMD degree. • Successful completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certification from ADA-accredited programs is a mandatory requirement. • A valid dentistry license in the state of North Carolina is essential for consideration for this role.
