Hiring a Operations Manager for a reputable, well-established marketing firm located in Long Island City. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. You will work closely with account management, creative, and media buying teams, as well as overseeing a team of field employees who are responsible for visiting clients and setting up advertising promotions. Your key objective will be to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Full time, permanent role offering a salary up to $100k and excellent benefits!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Logistics Management:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of advertising campaigns, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media buying, analytics) to ensure campaign materials and assets are developed and delivered on schedule.
    • Monitor the execution of campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, TV, radio, and print.
    • Ensuring warehouse inventory is stocked and prepared to campaign execution.
    • Communicate with vendors on delivery of marketing materials.
    • Work with shipping and 3pl to ensure products arrive on time.
  • Client Communication & Support:

    • Assist in preparing client presentations, campaign reports, and performance analysis.
    • Collaborate with account managers to identify client needs and ensure those needs are translated into actionable campaign logistics.
  • Managing Field Employees & On-Site Advertising Setup:

    • Oversee a team of field employees responsible for visiting client locations and setting up advertising promotions (e.g., displays, banners, digital kiosks, etc.).
    • Ensure field employees are fully prepared with the necessary materials, equipment, and instructions for client visits and promotional setups.
    • Coordinate schedules for field employees, ensuring timely visits to client sites and proper execution of promotional campaigns.
    • Provide on-site support when needed and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during setup or client interaction.
    • Monitor field employee performance and ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
  • Campaign Tracking & Reporting:

    • Maintain detailed records of all campaign materials, media schedules, and budgets.
    • Track campaign progress, identifying and resolving any potential issues or delays.
    • Provide regular internal and client-facing reports on campaign performance, status, and logistics updates.
  • Budget and Resource Management:

    • Assist in managing campaign budgets and resources, ensuring projects are executed within budgetary constraints.
    • Monitor campaign spend and resource allocation to ensure campaigns remain within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing, media, or advertising operations role is preferred
    • Proven experience in coordinating the logistics of advertising campaigns, including media buying, creative production, vendor management, and field operations.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
