Loan Officer Oaktree Direct (Retail Division)

Location: Pennsylvania and surrounding areas (In-office training required)

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Loan Officers to join our team. This role offers a blend of inside and outside sales responsibilities, with opportunities to leverage Oaktree Direct's proven marketing strategies, cutting-edge CRM tools, and robust support systems. If youre driven to build relationships, self-generate leads, and provide tailored financing solutions, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, hard money lenders, and referral partners.
• Conduct presentations for realtors and agents to showcase Oaktrees unique programs.
• Prospect and generate leads using advanced CRM tools.
• Follow up with potential clients and partners to close deals and grow your pipeline.
• Stay updated on lending programs, products, and market trends to provide clients with the best options.
• Work collaboratively with our processing and support teams to ensure smooth loan closings.

What Were Looking For

• Active NMLS license and at least one year of experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self-starter with a proven track record in sales or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with mortgage lending or non-QM products is a plus but not required.

Additional Information

• Location Requirements: Remote but Must be able to commute to Horsham, Pennsylvania for training.
• Work Schedule: Full-time; availability on weekends as needed to support client and realtor schedules.
• Tools Provided: Access to advanced CRM systems and marketing platforms.
