The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in health informatics, data management, and healthcare regulations. They should be adept at collaborating with clinical staff and understanding medical workflows, with a proven history of successfully delivering IT and informatics projects. Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead complex projects involving electronic health records (EHR), health data and IT systems, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Team Leadership: Develop and mentor a team of informatics and IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Data Management: Ensure accurate and secure management of health data, facilitating improved decision-making for healthcare providers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.
