Job Description:
We seek Risk Adjustment Auditor professionals for temporary positions. These roles are fully remote, but candidates must reside in one of the following states: Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct audits and reviews of risk adjustment data to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Analyze medical records and coding practices to identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for correction.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve audit findings and improve processes.
Work primarily within Pacific Time Zone hours; availability for overtime and weekends may be required.
Document and communicate findings clearly and effectively.
Requirements:
CRC – Certified Risk Adjustment Coder
CPC – Certified Professional Coder
Must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah.
Proven experience in risk adjustment auditing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of medical coding and risk adjustment methodologies.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Must be willing to work Pacific Time Zone hours and potentially outside of standard hours.
