Responsibilities: Electronic Billing & Follow-Up : Manage weekly billing cycles, ensuring all claims are submitted timely based on the designated days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday). Bill for services provided in behavioral health programs, coordinating with Program Managers to confirm when services are ready to be billed. Medicaid & Managed Medicaid Billing: Process billing for Medicaid, Managed Medicaid and Medicare, and other relevant insurances according to the specific services provided. Ensure proper submission through insurance portals. Insurance Follow-Up & Rebilling: Proactively follow up with insurance companies to resolve billing issues, inquire about unpaid claims, and initiate rebilling processes when necessary. Experience Preferred:

• Minimum two years of experience, however all levels encouraged to apply!
• Strong sense of organization, attention to detail, ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Open to industry!
