What we offer:

• Compensation : Base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, depending on education and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Dual-Subject Instruction : Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for both Math and Science classes tailored to students at varying academic levels.
• Classroom Management : Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages academic and personal growth.
• Student Progress : Assess and track student performance, adjusting instructional strategies as needed to promote success.
• Behavioral Support : Manage challenging behaviors and implement behavior support plans to maintain a productive classroom environment.
• Advocacy : Ensure compliance with educational laws and advocate for the rights and needs of students with special needs.

Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in education, math, science, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Communication Skills : Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Collaboration : A team-oriented mindset, capable of working within a multidisciplinary team to support students.
• Passion for Education : Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping students succeed academically and personally.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have:

• Master’s degree in education, math, science, or special education from an accredited institution.
