**JOB SUMMARY:**
Marina Dockhand is mainly responsible for the marina ship store rentals, day/gas dock and slips, jet dock, yacht club dock, watercraft valet service, safely idle-speed driving of watercraft in dock areas, assisting hut personnel and cleaning and maintaining water sport equipment, docks and slips; plus any other duties assigned by the Fleet Manager or Marina Manager. Dockhands are to greet, assist members/guests while maintaining a friendly disposition and accommodate and facilitate a high Horseshoe Bay Resort standard to maximize water craft rentals and retail sales while creating and accommodating the guests lake experience.
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:**
+ Greet and assist members and guests
+ Manage open and/or close procedures on a daily basis
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of all rental fleet, docks and slips
+ Assist members with gas, may valet boat/watercraft to and from docks, but not on open water
+ Maintain professional composure in high stress environment
+ Assist hut personnel with wave runner duties including but not limited to wave runner launch and return, and gas and oil checks
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Must have current Boaters Safety Certification
+ Minimum age requirement - 16yrs
+ Must have current Drivers License and satisfactory motor vehicle report for insurance purposes
+ Customer service experience required
+ Computer literate and proficient in Word, Excel, related inventory software

+ Comply and adhere to all Horseshoe Bay Resort and marina policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
+ Maintain a professional image with the proper uniform standard and maintaining personal hygiene
