Maintenance Technician- Manufacturing

We are actively seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a background in the Manufacturing industries to oversee the maintenance and repairs of production machines and equipment. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and preventive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of the business goals and objectives.

Job Type: Full Time, On-Site

Responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician :

* Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
* Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections
* Manage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure their adherence to safety protocols
* Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs
* Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment and systems
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues
* Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and materials

Requirements of the Maintenance Technician :

* 3+ years of Maintenance experience ina Manufacturing or Industrial setting
* Experience performing maintenance to production equipment and machinery with facilities and fleet maintenance as a plus
* Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, equipment, and machines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
