Seeking dedicated and experienced Travel LVN/LPN's to join our dynamic team. As a Travel LVN/LPN, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in one or more of the medical specialties listed, while exploring new locations across the United States. Position : Travel LVN/LPN

Location : Memphis, Tennessee

Schedule : Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Duration : 13-Week Contract

Unit : Utilization Review

What You'll Do :

As a Travel LVN/LPN you will perform and participate as part of the Case Management team to support a collaborative effort to facilitate quality patient care. This role integrates and coordinates various aspects of service delivery, care facilitation, pay or authorizations, service access, discharge and post-discharge activities, and utilization review

Responsibilities:

• Identifies patients that meet criteria for case management services using an appropriate screening and assessment process.
• Communicates necessary information to stakeholders and educates patients and families.
• Plans effectively to meet patient needs, manage authorizations and length of stay, and promote efficient utilization of resources (fiscal, human, environmental, equipment and services).
• Maintains reliable systems to document, track, and monitor assigned cases.
• Performs other job functions as assigned or requested

Requirements:

• 2 years of Utilization experience as a Travel RN or 3 years utilization experience
• Must live 100 miles from facility
• Covid Vaccine
• Flu Vaccine
