This is a permanent position (onsite) with room for accelerated career growth. We are looking for polished professionals with a go-getter mindset.
Starting salary is $70K- $75K for the first 6-9 months while building pipeline then has opportunity for commission only structure of $100K-$135K range depending on ramp up.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly-motivated Permanent Loan Officer to join our fast-paced, rapidly expanding mortgage team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying and securing a mortgage loan that is appropriate for their individual financial circumstances. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Loan Officer, you will be responsible for a broad range of duties, including but not limited to:
1. Building and maintaining relationships with borrowers and brokers to originate high quality loan applications.
2. Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
3. Reviewing and analyzing loan applications, using your attention to detail to ensure all necessary information is accurate and complete.
4. Navigating complex financial situations to provide the best loan solutions for our customers.
5. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and loan products, including conventional and government loans.
6. Working closely with the processing team to submit loan applications and follow up on their progress.
7. Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues that may arise during the loan process.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate for the Permanent Loan Officer role will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, particularly in a loan officer role would be nice but not required
2. Proven experience with conventional and government loans would be nice but not required
3. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
4. Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers and brokers.
5. Ability to originate high quality loan applications.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and navigate complex financial situations.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
9. Four year college degree preferred
