Loan Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients navigate the loan application process and providing personalized financial solutions that meet their needs. You will work closely with applicants to assess their financial situation and guide them through various loan options, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' financial information to determine eligibility for loans.
• Guide clients through the loan application process and explain the necessary documentation required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, including VA, FHA, and Conventional loans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
• Conduct loan interviews with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in the loan process.
• Monitor the loan process from application to closing, providing updates to clients and addressing any issues that may arise.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products including Residential Mortgage, VA, FHA, and Conventional loans.
• Active NMLS license is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide sound advice.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
