THE POSITION – ARTIST PARTNERSHIPS & PROMOTIONS INTERN Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects of the live entertainment business. You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Assist Artist Partnerships and Promotions teams with administrative duties Create team decks, one-sheeters, trackers and additional worksheets as assigned Help with the development of artist marketing programs with internal/external partners Assist with organization and build partner tracking documents including but not limited to scheduling promotions, asset delivery, recaps, and new partnership opportunities Research and ideate on future partners or brand alignment opportunities Build and organize master creative asset needs document for future partner activations Final internship project will be assigned at the beginning of the internship program to be presented at the end of the internship Other projects as assigned

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Learn the process of marketing artists, concerts, and partnerships Learn how to build and maintain relationships with outside organizations Learn how to manage large-scale marketing activations on a national level Learn how to navigate projects with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for Junior or Senior standing Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional) Creative thinker and problem solver Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite preferred Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs This program is during Spring 2025.
