Execute with Excellence: Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to ensure every plate looks and tastes amazing. Youve got an eye for detail and a palate to match. Keep it Clean: Maintain a clean and organized station throughout your shift. Food safety and sanitation are top priorities, and youre all about keeping things spotless. Multitask Like a Pro: Handle multiple tickets at once, stay cool under pressure, and make sure everything hits the pass hot and ready to go. Prep for Success: Assist in daily prep work to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Whether its chopping, marinating, or prepping sauces, youre ready to roll. Get Creative: We love fresh ideas! Contribute to menu development, seasonal specials, and creative beer pairings when youre ready to show off your skills. Stay Focused: Work efficiently during high-volume shifts, keeping your cool and delivering consistent, top-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications: Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen or restaurant. Passion for cooking and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A focus on cleanliness, safety, and food quality. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (such as 50-pound bags of ingredients or boxes).Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a brewery or beer-centric restaurant is a bonus. Interest in beer and food pairings, and a passion for culinary creativity. ServSafe or other food safety certification is a plus.
