Position Intro:

Santé is seeking a Licensed Social Worker/Counselor (Evening) (in office) to join our frontline crisis intervention team in Elkton, MD . This position is Sunday- Thursday 4pm to Midnight. As a Licensed Social Worker/Counselor, you will make an unprecedented impact on your community by working directly with clients to address their needs, assist them in crisis situations, and design treatment plans.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform assessments and crisis intervention, including de-escalation and crisis planning.
  • Effectively communicate clients’ needs while making internal agency or community referrals.
  • Serve as a liaison for collaboration with families, friends, and local partners.
  • Educate individuals about mental health, substance abuse, available community resources, and the agency’s services.
  • Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.

What We Require:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field of study and at least one (1) year professional experience.
  • Current license in the state of Maryland (LMSW, LCPC) or eligibility to become licensed. ( Santé will assist with fees or licensure transfer)
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field of study (MSW, MA, MS) and two (2) years related experience.
  • Current license in the state of Maryland (LBSW,LMSW).
