Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our Centennial clinic. In this role, you will provide individual and group therapy services to children and adolescents, supporting their emotional, social, and mental health needs. The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional passionate about empowering young clients and their families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to children and adolescents in a clinical setting.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to address client needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with speech, occupational, and physical therapists for comprehensive care.
• Stay current on best practices, therapeutic interventions, and licensure requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active LPC license in the state of Colorado.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques for pediatric mental health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and maintain organized, thorough documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with trauma-informed care or specialized certifications (e.g., play therapy, CBT).
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

• Full-time, Monday through Friday.
