*Job Summary:*
Hyde Street Community Services is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed LMFT to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team to provide holistic trauma-informed treatment including case management, individual and group therapy and care coordination. This position works under the clinical supervision of a licensed mental health professional and in conjunction with other teammates, and will also be responsible for a combination of triage/screening, assessment, outpatient treatment, supervisory activities and adherence to administrative and compliance standards.
The LCSW / LMFT with 3 years expereince in both treatment and supervision will engage with clients at all levels of care to address clients' intrapsychic, interpersonal, and environmental challenges. Our multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists and neuropsychologists, social workers, marriage and family therapists, case managers, as well as vocational specialists and peer counselors.
We provide trauma informed clinical interventions to racially and culturally diverse individuals who have moderate to severe mental illness, often complicated by substance use, unstable housing issues, chronic medical conditions, structural racism and involvement with the criminal justice system. The clinic provides services in English, Spanish, Chinese and Arabic, and we are committed to social justice and advocacy for equal access to resources. All services are provided within a Harm Reduction philosophy, and utilize Psychological and Cognitive Assessments, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma informed approaches among other interventions

*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Understanding and experience working with adult population with severe mental illness.
* Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
* Sensitivity and experience working with cultural, ethnic, and racial issues.
* Three years supervisory experience.
* Experience providing intensive case management services.
* Familiarity with Avatar electronic medical records.
* Experience with documentation according to Medi-Cal standards.
* Experience working within Harm Reduction treatment models and evidence-based substance use treatment modalities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated excellence in reliability and attendance.
License/Certification requirements by state and local governance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $101,539.00 - $106,867.00 per year
