We're looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You'd be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

•Supervise and provide guidance to a team of transaction coordinators.
•Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and challenges.
•Provide training and support to team members to ensure they meet performance standards.

Transaction Management:

•Manage a portfolio of real estate transactions from clear to close through post-closing.
•Review contracts and related documents for accuracy and completeness.
•Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction.
•Ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted and deadlines are met.
•Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the transaction process.

Compliance and Documentation:

•Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transaction activities.
•Verify the accuracy of all documents and disclosures.

Communication:

•Serve as the main point of contact for clients and other stakeholders.
•Communicate regularly with agents, clients, and other parties to provide updates on transaction status.
•Address any questions or concerns raised by clients or other stakeholders in a timely manner.
•Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner
•Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
•Make sure the buyer's offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process
•Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
•Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed

Qualifications

Required:

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate transaction coordination.
•Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
•Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, documents, and processes.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Preferred:

•Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Proficiency in real estate transaction management software and tools.
•Previous experience in title work or underwriting.
•Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
•Real estate license preferred
•High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
•Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
